The Baptist Home of Philadelphia 1 petitions for review of a final order of the Department of Public Welfare, Bureau of Hearings and Appeals, dismissing its appeal of the reimbursement amount allowed by the Department for services rendered to persons at Baptist Home enrolled in Medical Assistance, an amount Baptist Home contends is inadequate. The appeal of Baptist Home came to the Bureau on transfer from the Board of Claims.
