The first of these bills, No. 2200, was filed January 7, 1928. iSixty-six individuals are complainants and the Newport Gas Light Company and its officers are respondents. The prayer of the bill is that the respondent enter upon its list of stockholders the names of the complainants as the owners of twenty shares each, with the exception of the complainant L. W.
