Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hall, J.), rendered June 1, 1990, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), assault in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The mother of the complaining witness testified that after the occurrence of the sexual attack which is the basis of the present indictment, her daughter came to her and said that she had been raped.…
