MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION
Sentinel Management Group, Inc. (“Sentinel”) filed under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in August 2007. In September 2008, Plaintiff Liquidation Trustee filed adversary proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois for avoidance and recovery of pre and post-petition transfers made by Sentinel to or for the benefit of certain customers.
