Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term entered in Greene County, which granted plaintiff’s motion to take the testimony of plaintiff’s physicians at Montreal, Canada, upon plaintiff’s written interrogatories and defendants’ cross interrogatories. The action is in negligence to recover for personal injuries sustained as the result of an automobile accident.
