Appeal from an order of the Court of Claims (Weinstein, J.), entered December 19, 2014, which, among other things, granted defendant’s cross motion to dismiss the claim.
Claimant, an inmate, spent time in the special housing unit as a result of prison disciplinary determinations that were ultimately reversed on administrative appeal and expunged from his institutional record.
