—In a matrimonial action, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 30, 1977, which denied his motion to declare void the judgment of divorce which had previously been granted him by another Judge. Order reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, motion granted and the judgment of divorce, dated May 5, 1976, is declared null and void.
