Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hanophy, J.), rendered July 12, 1989, convicting him of criminal sale of a *640controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The instant case arises out of a so-called "buy and bust” operation that was conducted on the afternoon of December 14, 1988, in the vicinity of 90th Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Queens.
