In this consolidated appeal, the self-represented plaintiff, Daniel Henderson, appeals from (1) the trial court’s rendering of summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Vicki Lagoudis, Michael Lagoudis and RJG Realty of Meriden, LLC (AC 35270), and (2) the trial court’s dismissal of his application for a prejudgment remedy (AC 35201).
