The issue before us is whether the district court erred in granting Defendants Appellee’s, Cimarron Insurance Company, Inc. (“Cimarron”), renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law regarding an insured’s right under Texas law to recover for an insurer’s alleged negligent investigation, handling, and settlement of an in sured’s claims. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the district court’s ruling.
