The parties' current discovery dispute1 began with a motion to compel that the plaintiffs filed on April 4, 2018. On April 10th, I ordered the defendants to produce (1) all agreements between the Zoltek Corporation, Toray Industries and/or Mr. Rumy, the founder of Zoltek Corporation, about the underlying case (including any agreement concerning the allocation of proceeds of settlement, and (2) all communications between Mr. Rumy and Toray Industries concerning the underlying case (including any communications relating to plaintiffs) ).
