— In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of an insurance contract, plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Meade, J.), dated November 23, 1984, as denied that branch of plaintiffs motion which sought partial summary judgment on the issue of damages against defendant Royal Globe Insurance Company (Royal).

Order reversed, insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, that branch of plaintiffs motion which sought partial summary judgment against defendant Royal on the issue of damages granted, partial summary…
