Appellant, Susan Horwath, appeals from the April 2, 2015 order, denying her petition to open the judgment of non pros (JNP), entered in favor of Appellees, Juanita DiGrazio and Pasquale DiGrazio, Jr. After careful review, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
