DIAZ, Circuit Judge:

A jury convicted Alejandro “Alex” Garcia-Lagunas of conspiracy to distribute or possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 846. He was sentenced to 188 months’ imprisonment.
