In this action for medical negligence, plaintiff Gary B. Roseberry is the representative of the estates of his wife, Allegra Roseberry (deceased), and that of Amy Roseberry (deceased), a “twenty-three week gestation child, . . . whose life was terminated during the twenty-third week of term of the deceased mother’s pregnancy.” The complaint alleges that Allegra Roseberry was admitted to DeKalb General Hospital on March 21, 1988, and discharged on March 24, 1988, with a diagnosis of “sclerosing cholangitis.” On June 5, 1988, while she was under the primary care of…
