The parties occupy the same relative position here as in the trial court and will be hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs and defendants.
Plaintiffs sought to cancel an oil and gas lease on 80 acres of land upon which defendants had drilled several producing oil wells and from which plaintiffs had received and were receiving a royalty of one-sixth of the oil produced.
