Defendant appeals as of right an order for declaratory relief entered in Wayne County Circuit Court on October 30, 1979.
On April 30, 1975, plaintiff, while operating his motorcycle, was involved in an automobile accident with a car driven by Robert Green. Plaintiff retained counsel in February of 1976. Plaintiff did not have, nor was he required to have, motor vehicle insurance providing no-fault protection.
