Respondent, Shirlee Rushton McCollister, appeals a dissolution of marriage decree, assigning three errors: (1) The unreasonable division of property; (2) The amount and duration of alimony; and (3) The cancellation of a $41,135 nonnegotiable note executed by appellee, Howard R. McCollister, in favor of appellant.
