DECISION

IN MANDAMUS ON OBJECTIONS TO MAGISTRATE'S DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Camala J. Yester, commenced this original action requesting a writ of mandamus that orders respondent Industrial Commission of Ohio to vacate its order denying relator's motion to reset her average weekly wage at $240.96 pursuant to the special circumstances provision of R.C. 4123.61, and to find that special circumstances exist in the present case warranting an increase in relator's average weekly wage.
