McMurray, Judge.

Plaintiffs complaint avers that plaintiff was involved in an automobile collision with an uninsured motorist, that a judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff in his suit against the uninsured, that Unigard Insurance Company was the insurer of plaintiffs automobile at the time of the accident and under the provisions of plaintiffs policy is liable to plaintiff in the amount of his judgment against the uninsured motorist.
