LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

In this action, plaintiff Michael Medina brings claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that defendants violated his rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution when defendant John D. Cragg, Sr. illegally sought information about plaintiffs status as a convicted felon and then published his findings on local public access cable television.
