In this case a co-defendant, Guest, was charged with bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d). It was charged that he “did by force, violence, and intimidation take from the person and presence of Susan Warren” currency in the care and custody of the Citizens and Southern Bank, Airport Branch, East Point, Georgia, “and in committing the aforesaid offense did assault Susan Warren and put her life in jeopardy by the use of a dangerous weapon.” The appellant, Martin, was charged with aiding and abetting Guest.
