DECISION ANDJUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Greenfield Meadows Associates and Thomas Kendall Short separately appeal the judgment of the Highland County Common Pleas Court involving a construction contract.

{¶ 2} The trial court declined to award Greenfield damages on its counterclaim alleging that Short breached the construction contract. On appeal, Greenfield contends that the trial court erred by determining that the proper measure of damages is the diminution in value, instead of the cost to repair.
