The Federal Trade Commission on September 2, 1936,.filed a petition praying for an alternative writ of mandamus commanding the respondent, the National Biscuit Company, to furnish and file with the Federal Trade Commission, the petitioner. certain information regarding its business. After notice to respondent and a hearing, the writ was issued on September, 16, 1936.
