Appellant Lisa R. Comer (now Butler) and appellee Carson Comer were divorced in Madison County Chancery Court on February 13, 1989. Pursuant to a written agreement by the parties, which was incorporated by reference into the divorce decree, Mrs. Butler received primary custody of their minor child. Mr. Comer was awarded certain visitation during the summer and during the Christmas holidays.
