This is an appeal from an order and judgment entered by the circuit court of Sangamon county affirming an order made by the State Public Utilities Commission requiring the appellants, and each of' them, their officers, agents and employees, to desist from operating a telephone exchange until a certificate of convenience and necessity should be obtained from said commission.
