Order Clarifying Status of Original Opinion
This court previously affirmed this case with a reported decision. Arrington v. State, 27 So.3d 800 (Fla. 2d DCA 2010). Before the end of our term of court in 2010, we issued an order withdrawing mandate. At that time, we did not withdraw the published opinion. With this order we issue a revised opinion. The revision does not affect our earlier affirmance of the judgment of conviction. It reverses the sentence and remands for further proceedings.
