This matter is before me on remand from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia (“District Court”) following Debtor Kipp Leshone Tate’s appeal of my Order of Civil Contempt and Application for the Issuance of an Arrest Warrant dated April 30, 2014 (“Incarceration Order”).
