Action for $253,924.60 damages on account of the alleged breach of a contract entered into between Blue Ridge Power Company and Southern Railway Company in October, 1916, relating to the construction of a railway bridge over Green river in the State of North Carolina. The contract is alleged to have been executed in the city of Washington.
