The act creating the Dublin judicial circuit (Acts of 1911, p. 81) provides that superior courts shall be held in the county of Laurens on the “4th Mondays in January, two weeks; 4th Mondays in April, two weeks; 4th Mondays in July, two *377weeks; 4th Mondays in October, two weeks.” As appears from the agreed statement of facts in the bill of exceptions, the Southern States Phosphate & Fertilizer Company-filed at the January-term, 1914, of Laurens superior court, its petition to foreclose a mortgage against Mrs. Essie Clark on certain realty therein described.
