Plaintiff Krysti Griffith is a former employee of defendant Nicholas Financial, Inc. Ms. Griffith has systematic lupus er-ythematosus, an autoimmune disease commonly called lupus. Ms. Griffith worked for Nicholas Financial as a customer service representative in Nicholas Financial’s Huntsville, Alabama office. Ms. Griffith last worked for Nicholas Financial on January 30, 2014.
