Glenn Turner, a prisoner at the Secure Program Facility in Boscobel, Wisconsin, appeals the grant of summary judgment for the defendants in his civil-rights suit. Turner alleges that, in violation of the First Amendment, prison officials punished him for possessing a copy of the ‘Willie Lynch Letter” (a speech promoting slavery) and for organizing activities that prison officials deemed gang-related.
