This was a petition to cancel a deed, which by amendment was so changed as to ask that the deed first referred to be impressed with a trust in favor of the minors who were alleged to be heirs at law of the grantor in suqh deed. It was alleged that Joseph Head (petitioners’ father) was arrested and placed in jail in the year 1913, charged with the offense of attempted arson. The warrant was sworn out by Walter Leathers.
