OPINION

OLIVER-PARROTT, Chief Justice.

Cadarell Jamil Freeman, appellant, entered a plea of not guilty to the misdemeanor offense of unlawfully carrying a weapon, namely a handgun. Trial was to a jury; appellant was found guilty, plead true to one *758enhancement paragraph, and was sentenced by the trial court to one-year confinement in the Harris County jail. Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction, the legality of the search and seizure, and the admission into evidence of his confession over his objection. We affirm.
