8224 Writ of error granted by Supreme Court. This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in the district court of Travis county October 1, 1908, in favor of Mrs. Amanda M. Ellis, the mother of Caswell G. Ellis, on a policy of insurance in the sum of $25,000 upon the life of the latter, issued by appellant and payable to Mrs. Ellis. The trial was before a jury, who found for appellee, and the substantial question in the case is whether there was sufficient evidence to carry the case to the jury for determination.
