BARKDULL, Senior Judge.
This is an appeal from a final judgment entered pursuant to the defendant’s motion for a judgment of acquittal notwithstanding the verdict after a jury trial.
Responding to banging at her front door, Malagón opened the door and was pushed aside while three intruders entered her home. Malagón was ordered to get down on the living room floor.
