—In a proceeding to stay arbitration, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered April 21, 1978, which (1) granted the petition and (2) denied a cross motion to dismiss the petition and compel arbitration. Judgment reversed, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to Special Term for a hearing and a *655new determination on the motion and cross motion, in accordance herewith.
