LE BLANC, Justice.
This is a suit brought to set aside an ex parte judgment rendered in the district court of East Baton Rouge Parish on the petition of an alleged widow who was thereunder so recognized and placed in possession of all of the property of the decedent. In her petition to be recognized, Harriet Vaughn Fields had alleged that she was married to Sam Fields on January 26, 1944; that he died intestate on August 17, 1946; that no children were born of their marriage and that both his parents had predeceased him by several years.
