The complainant is the trustee in bankruptcy of the Smith Lumber Company, against which an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed July 20, 1909, whereon it was adjudicated a bankrupt on September 27th following. The Smith Lumber Company, hereafter called the Lumber Company, was a New York corporation organized in the year 1908 for the purpose of buying, selling, manufacturing, and dealing in lumber, and had its principal place of business in Paterson, in this state.
