This writ of certiorari was sued out to review the proceedings of the annual meeting of the legal voters of Landis township school district, in the county of Cumberland (a consolidated school district, composed of the township of Landis and the borough of Vineland), held March 15th, *1591904, and of certain resolutions adopted by the meeting directing moneys to be raised by special district tax for the support and maintenance of the public schools.
