*145 Nicholle Jeanette Gens, as Administrator of the Estate of April Gens, brought this quiet title action against John Keith White and others (hereinafter collectively referred to as "White") asserting a claim of ownership regarding a certain residential lot located in Forsyth County. In response to the petition, White counterclaimed for reformation of the deeds in the chain of title to the property.
