delivered the opinion of the Con RT.

This was a suit in attachment brought by appellants against appellee, the writ being issued on the 16th day of May, 1893, returnable to the August term next following the May term of the court, after the bringing of the suit May 22d of the said month, just six days after the issuing of the writ before the last named term. The next term of the court after the May term was the August term, which convened on the 28th of that month, a few days over three months after the commencement of the suit.
