2Per curiam

John Paul Jones appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment to the Secretary of the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) on his claims of age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-684. He also challenges the district court’s denial of his motion for protective order and sanctions. We affirm the challenged judgment and order of the district court.
