Temple Lumber Company, the appellee, brought suit in trespass to try title in the district court of Sabine County against A. O. Stroud, the appellant, and others. Suit was for title to and possession of 5S6.3 acres in the G. C. & S. F. Ry. Co., Section 14, in Sabine County. The appellant and the other defendants in a joint answer disclaimed as to all of the 556.3 acre tract sued for, except a specific tract of 20 acres therein, and as to such tract they pleaded not guilty and also specially pleaded the statutes of limitation of three years, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St. art.…
