Benjamin Matthew Logan appealed from convictions for conspiracy, see 18 U.S.C. § 371, selling firearms without a license, see 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(1)(A), § 924(a)(1)(D), the interstate transportation of stolen firearms, see 18 U.S.C. § 922(j), § 924(a)(2), making false statements in firearms transaction records, see 18 U.S.C. § 924(a)(1)(A), armed robbery, see 18 U.S.C. § 1951, and using a firearm in a crime of violence, see 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
