Appeal from the Circuit Court of Monroe county; the Hon. Amos Watts, Judge, presiding. This was a trial of the right of property between Nicholas Welsch and Joseph Welsch, as mortgagees of Maria A. Wiesenborn, and an execution creditor of the mortgagor, resulting in a verdict and judgment in favor of such execution creditor. The mortgagees appealed.

This is an appeal from the judgment of the circuit court of Monroe county, rendered at its March term, 1877, in a trial of the right of property between appellants and appellee.
