This was an action in the court below by Julia A. Stinson et al., against Hannah C. Geer et al., to recover the possession of the west half of the northwest quarter of section 11, in township 13, range 16, in Shawnee county, as the legal owners thereof. The defendants answered, claiming ownership and right of possession. A jury was waived, and a trial had by the court.
