{¶ 1} This case is the appeal of the denial of a motion to intervene and motion for relief from judgment filed by the mother in a prohibition case arising from a custody dispute. The motions were filed after the Eighth District Court of Appeals granted a writ of prohibition sought by relator-appellee, N.G., to prohibit respondents-appellees, the Juvenile Division of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court and Judge Alison L.
