This is an appeal of a judgment, based upon a jury verdict, which awards appel-lee, Gunter Schmidt, $58,700, plus prejudgment interest, against James R. Bartlett, individually; Linda Beth Bartlett, individually, and as co-independent executrix of the Estate of Martha Francis Pugh, deceased; Wilbam Andersen, individually and as co-independent executor of the Estate of Martha Francis Pugh; Stewart Title of San Patricio County, Inc.; and Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
