Appeals from two orders of the City Court of the city of New York.

These appeals are from two orders, made at Special Term of the City Court, one of which orders sets aside an entire taxation of costs in favor of the plaintiffs herein, and the other denies a motion made by the plaintiffs to reinstate the taxation of costs as originally made by the clerk of that court.
